Rose Lelliott says “I am standing to be your Labour County Councillor here in St David’s
and Haven Banks for the upcoming Devon County Council elections on 1st May 2025.
I’m proud to live close to Exeter’s historic cathedral and quay. I am frustrated at Conservative-run Devon County Council for leaving our roads and pavements in a state of disrepair; our children’s services in special measures; and for overseeing a bus network that doesn’t properly serve local people.

Trying to access special educational needs, disability and mental health services is a huge and seemingly endless battle for many families. As a young person, I know what it feels like to be left behind by council services.. That is why I am motivated to help every family with
their needs.

If elected, I will be an energetic and fresh new voice for St David’s and Haven Banks
and I will hold the Conservatives to account on Devon County Council.
