Hello, I’m Dave Mutton. I live near Topsham Road and have spent my career helping
businesses—large and small—grow and thrive. With a background in business
coaching, marketing, and product management, I understand what makes
an economy work at both a local and national level. My experience in financial
management and strategic decision-making will help ensure Devon County
Council delivers real value for residents while making sound, forward-thinking
investments in our community.

Beyond my professional work, I’m actively involved in local organisations, including
Age UK Exeter, where I serve as a trustee, supporting older residents across the city. I
also run my own photography business, capturing Devon’s stunning landscapes—a
constant reminder of why we must protect and enhance our local environment.

I believe politics should be about listening, engaging, and making a real difference.
Whether it’s supporting local businesses, improving public services, or tackling
